What if something is missing or not right?Sorted fast via WhatsApp

We want you to feel at home in our places, and we do everything we can for that. We are always reachable on WhatsApp. If you have a wish or something is missing, we are there extremely quickly and find a solution. That also goes for an appliance that is too old, a cooker that has had its day or a TV that is too small.

What is included in the price?Everything except EV charging

Electricity, heating, water, fibre Wi-Fi, TV via fibre, bed linen and towels. Only charging an electric car at the wallbox is billed by consumption. The discount from two months applies to the whole stay. Electricity and heating are subject to our fair use policy.

What is the minimum stay?4 weeks

4 weeks, which counts as one month. You can move out on any day: days after full months are charged pro rata (monthly price divided by 30). Most guests stay six months or longer.

Can I move out early or extend?Yes, at short notice

Yes, at very short notice. Sometimes you get called off a site or the project runs longer; that is just how it is. There is no notice period. We only expect you to let us know straight away. Only the first month is binding: it has to be paid in full when you book, i.e. when you accept our offer. After that, every day is charged pro rata (monthly price divided by 30).

Is my enquiry binding?No, non-binding

No. Your enquiry is non-binding and holds the dates for 72 hours. Meik gets back to you personally with a binding offer, so you can talk through all the details and find the right place together. That is how we have done it for years.
